Authorised absence passes allow teachers and staff (and in some areas local police officers) to identify those pupils who are officially allowed off school premises during school hours.  Those who do not possess a slip can be returned to school or reported.

For pupils who claim they have lost their slip, a master copy (retained by the school) can confirm those who are authrorised to leave the premises and those who are not.

The Gold package is a fully personalised system featuring your school crest/logo throughout and comes complete with a discretion sheet to protect sensitive information, such as reason for absence.  This discretion sheet also complies with the Data Protection Act as it allows private information to be securely hidden from view.
