Intranet/Network Option
iReception software that offers flexibility and ease of use. It is installed on your own network / server with pre-booking of visitors by staff done through an intranet interface from their own PC.
You will be regularly informed of updates and given the opportunity to upgrade with new features.
Hosted Option
If you’d prefer not to have to install any software or you simply have a large site, multiple reception areas or multi-tenant building – the hosted option of iReception is ideal.
Securely hosted on the internet – you simply login to your own account and can manage the booking and badging of visitors from any internet enabled PC.
You simply pay per visitor and each visitor gets a professional pass containing their photo, branded with your details and includes any relevant Health & Safety information that visitors will need. On this option the cost of all customised paper passes is included.
