In addition to our stock items, SG World also offers customised products which are tailor made to suit your exact needs.
We recognise that not one institution is the same and that many of you want to reflect the professionalism of your school, college etc. with your personal logo/image and include certain information on certain products.
Our customised product range needs some careful attention so that we can provide exactly what our customers need.
With this in mind, we cannot always effectively do this on-line.
Where a product falls into this category then a member of our Customer Services department will have to contact you to discuss your requirements in more detail.
FAQs about customised products
How do I place an order for a customised product?
The order process is exactly the same.
Select your item; insert quantity into the shopping cart and go to the check out.
When the order is sent a member of Customer Services will be notified and will automatically contact you should they require further information from you.
You don’t have to worry about a thing!
How long will it take for Customer Services to contact me?
A member of the Customer Services team will endeavour to contact you within 24hours of placing your order.
What if I only want to personalise a product with my logo/school crest?
In most cases, if you only need to supply a copy of your logo/crest you can do this by sending your logo to
logos@theeducationcatalogue.co.uk
under separate cover.
Do not forget to include your purchase order ID number which will be automatically generated when you place your order.
This enables us to match your logo with your order.
